We are getting more and more reports of shattered pinion gears in both Standard and Powerglide set ups. We highly suggest you consider the
4-Spider Gear Carrier or at least 2 new pinion gears with new shafts. New side gears (#52) should also be considered.

All Clark Differential Gears have been machined to mesh correctly with the original GM gears and/or our repro gears. In all but the highest
performance applications, all gears are compatible.

glide as Standards. If you are going to be
doing any differential work we suggest the
following as the minimum to replace.
