4.
Manifold Collars: Original size, color, and attaching! Woven material keeps air in and dirt and water out, where manifold goes thru shroud. Helps to prevent
steaming af ter going thru puddles. Complete, easy to install. C2418 2 oz. ea.
5. Studs: Manifolds DO NOT come with studs (unless you order the "Kits"). Order them separately. These are original size studs. If your old studs are broken off you will
have to drill out and tap the hole. Includes instructions. Sold SET of 4 for 2 manifolds and SET of 2 for 1 manifold. See also "BOLT KITS". Blind ended nut for installing
studs, see page 333.
Stainless Steel: I strongly suggest these in new manifolds as removal and replace ment of crossovers is very easy in the future. Supplied with brass nuts.
Regular Steel: These are much cheaper but do rust immediately! Supplied with brass nuts to help future removal.

Bolt Kits: When drilling and tapping holes is impossible. These bolts & nuts are the right length to allow you to just drill a hole and stick bolts completely thru instead of
using studs. I suggest KIT #1, but #2 is a little weaker but easier to install.
KIT #1: Holes must be quite good and straight. Nut sizes give a little trouble tightening but this is the strongest bolt kit. Kit is enough for 1 manifold. C2120 4 oz.
KIT #2: Weaker but easier to install. Allows for badly drilled or aligned holes. C2119 4 oz.
6.
Crossover Pipes – Aluminized: The crossover pipe comes with the collars (that bolt to the manifold) already installed. CLARK'S are custom made for
us – correct style like photo. 140's see U-PIPE, page 34 TURBO'S see page 40

1964-69 Cars(exc. Turbo, 140, FC): C240 6 lbs.
1961-65 Vans: C694R 6 lbs.
140 Single Exhaust: You can just install a crossover and 1 muffler on a 140 but it is not suggested. You will have to modify the stud holes in the C240 crossover pipe.
