We have OVER 2000 different "Kits". Some "Kits" (such as Gasket Sets) have OVER 60 different parts.Just 1600 square feet evenly divided between receiving and kits. We receive in all our parts, check the purchase order, verify the parts and number them.Complexity! Our kits can be made with parts we buy from outside suppliers items we manufacture or assemble on site and even include other "subkits". This complexity means that our computer has to review the numerical information each night to be able to generate all of the kits and purchase orders to replenish the depleted inventory.
