SCREWS

IT TAKES ABOUT 90 SCREWS TO INSTALL A FULL SET OF VAN DOOR PANELS.

It's approximately as follows:

Front door = 12

Side door = 10-11

Large side panel = 15

Rear panel (left) = 8

Rear panel (right) = 12

We have two types of screws available:

"ORIGINAL" SCREWS

That hold the panels to the body. These are the original style – and are only for use with

original panels. Set of 10 "original" screws: C11137 2 oz.

"REPRO PANEL" SCREWS

These must be used with our repro panels to attach them. See "screws" above.

Set of 10 "repro panel" screws: C1113 8 2 oz.

TRIM

No stainless trim is included. We've designed these panels such that they look OK without any

trim if you do not have the trim.

DOOR/WINDOW HANDLES

Vans that originally had these panels had slightly longer shafts to extend the handle "out". If

you're adding these to a van that did not originally have panels, we suggest you use these

plastic washers behind the handle – they will press in slightly on the panels but you'll hardly

know & the handles will turn easier.

Handle Washers: C7173 1 oz.

These panels are heavy, large & difficult to pack. Because of this, a full set will have to ship

in 3 oversize boxes (3 boxes figured at 30 lbs. each – even though they do not weigh that

much). If you order individual panels, we can combine several into a 30 lb. oversize box – the

weights indicated for individual panels will give you an approximate idea of shipping but even

our computer cannot give an accurate total until the panels are packed. The large side panel is

packaged with 4 boards to help keep UPS from damaging.
