 4 REAR PANEL BACK SIDE OF THE PANELS These are views of the back sides of the panels before we add the metal strips to the tops. We start by gluing together layers of cardboard to give us a thickness of approx 1/4".These large pieces are then die cut to size & glued to the back side of the large door panel cardboard. Vinyl is now cut to size and embossed as needed. A padding is put on the door panel & the vinyl is positioned. It must now be pulled tight & glued to the back side of the panel.
