and efficiently. Shipping is additional; you are only charged the actual shipping!
PACKING & INSURANCE – We pride ourselves on excellent packing, strong new boxes, lots of sealing tape and experience. All packages are
shipped insured against damage and loss. A few items are noted as "cannot be insured". Any extra money you send will be refunded. You pay
only for the actual shipping charges.
SALES TAX NOTICE!! Clark's Corvair Parts is now required by law to collect sales tax in the following states: CA, GA, IN, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN,
NC, NE, NJ, OH, PA, VA, WA, WI. Sales tax rates are determined by local and state jurisdictions and will be added to your order. Our website will
show a sales tax notice but the sales tax will not be added until we process the order in-house. A few other states may be added if and when we
reach their minimum threshold for paying sales tax.

GUARANTEEWe guarantee parts against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Performance parts, parts you modify or parts going
on race cars, dunebuggies, Corv-8 or similar applications will have NO GUARANTEE. Contact us if you think you have a defective part. To claim
a defect you must pay to return the part to us. We will refund or pay to ship a replacement, YOUR CHOICE. Our total responsibility on all parts,
information, or accessories, will not exceed in any way, for any reason, the purchase price of the particular item involved. You may have other
rights, which vary from state to state.
SATISFACTIONWe strive for our customers to be completely satisfied with our parts and service.
SAMPLESWe will send FREE color or material samples. Just request them on an order or via email. (Also see RETURNS)
RETURNSAll returned parts must be in perfect condition and in the original package. NO returns accepted on electrical items or DUE TO
COLOR CHOICE. NO returns accepted on incorrectly ordered package areas (that includes due to color). NO returns on "custom orders". All
returns (up to 6 months) will have a 10% ($4.00 min.) restocking fee. Items purchased 7-12 months previous will have a 20% restocking fee
($6.00 min.) NO items over 12 months old will be accepted.
WRONG PARTS? – If you get a wrong part (due to your error) it will be treated as a "RETURN". If it is due to our error we will replace or refund.
NO FEE will be charged if return is due to our error (must be returned in 60 days).
CLOSED HOLIDAYS – We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day,
Thanksgiving, and Christmas. There may be a few other days during the year that we are closed – New England weather! Thanks for your
