For Corvairs they had kits for various V6's & V8's. Unlike Crown's Corv-8 set up (which leaves the Corvair powertrain in the stock location), Mid Engineering swapped it end-for-end and flipped it upside down. This required a longer input shaft. They also produced the Kelmark GT body which usually used a Corvair powertrain with a bigger engine. This shaft is approximately 1" longer than a stock shaft (25.50 inches long). Car weight should not exceed 2500 Lbs. and engines should not exceed 250 horsepower or 250 Ft. Lbs. of torque.
