CORES RETURN SHIPPING If you live in the contiguous 48 states, Clark's is now sending a FedEx core return label with rebuilt parts that have a core value. When the core is returned, we get the shipping bill from FedEx and cover 40% of the return shipping costs and the remaining shipping cost is deducted from the core r efund, making core returns much easier and less expensive for you. It takes a little longer to process the refund as the FedEx bill can run a week or more behind. For core returns for Alaska, Hawaii and international customers, we are offering an extra 10% to the core amount to help offset the cost of returning the cores but we are unable to cover the shipping costs.
